Congo
My brother, the artist Richard Mosse, has some beautifully rendered images from his trip to the Congo. The photograph’s color ranges are pushed far into magenta. In this region, one written to be the deadliest area in the world, Richard’s photos team with life despite the machetes and fully automatic machine guns often portrayed in the foreground.
